In phase two, The Centres for Exchange supports a cohort of eight organisations working across Kenya, South Africa, and India to reimagine how knowledge is produced, shared, and used in health research. The funded projects build on locally rooted practice to centre community priorities, strengthen reciprocal partnerships, and test new approaches to equitable knowledge exchange.
