Phelsia Achieng Kojwang is a Senior Associate, Research, Learning and Innovation at Development Dynamics, where she leads the think tank to curate and produce knowledge products. As a Learning & Knowledge Infrastructure Lead from the network facilitator’s team and a published researcher with 5+ years of experience, her work is rooted in an intersectional Afro-feminist lens. She designs and manages gender responsive and inclusive programs for women, girls, youth focusing on decolonizing narratives and driving inclusive innovation.
