About Mutile

Mutile Mwongo is the Research and Systems Practice Senior Associate at Development Dynamics. A microbiologist with advanced certification in Climate Change and Health from Yale, she brings a scientific lens to complex social and environmental challenges. An interdisciplinary impact practitioner, Mutile draws heavily from systems and futures thinking to understand complexity and interconnectedness, navigate uncertainty, and address power dynamics. In her role, she manages the Network Facilitator team's programme of activities for the Centres for Exchange initiative.
