Under his leadership, DD has grown into a leading Global South-focused think-do-through tank reimagining development practice and ecosystems by integrating equity, imagination, and impact. In CfE, MaqC stewards the vision and coherence of the Learning Network, curating spaces for learning, reflection, and collective action while nurturing its evolution into a dynamic, equity-driven, influential Community of Practice.
