Carrie Ndoka is an independent public policy and evaluation consultant with the Southern Hemisphere, working in collaboration with Pivot Collective to support the Women-led Climate Change Initiatives (WCCI) under the Centres for Exchange (CfE) initiative. With over 20 years of experience across Africa, she specialises in participatory learning, adaptive evaluation, and using evidence to drive inclusive development. Her work focuses on co-creating learning frameworks, facilitating reflection, and turning insights into actionable strategies that strengthen equity, collaboration, and systemic change in health and climate research.
